To Return a product you must comply with the following:

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Inform us by phone, post, or e-mail within 14 days of reciept of goods if you wish to return any goods supplied by us.
Non faulty products must be returned within 14 days of reciept of goods for a refund of product value only.(Return postage/carrier cost will be customers expense)
All non faulty products returned within 14 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale

At party lane, our aim is to make shopping for your party as fun as the party itself. As you shop our site, questions may pop into your head. "How will my order be shipped?" "What kinds of payment types do you accept?" "What if I need to return some items?"

When you buy online at partylane.co.uk, we want to answer your questions as well. You are the most important person in our business and shopping online should be equally easy, fun and exciting!

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. We do this is because the item you want could be out of stock at the time we receive your return. To order a replacement item, give our Customer Service Department a call at 07870298628.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 days for your refund to be processed if you paid through paypal or google check out. Please Note: this timing can vary based on the season.

At present we only accept Paypal and google checkout. For faster processing please make your payments using paypal or google checkout
