Professional sports coaches will arrive at your party with all the paraphernalia needed to put on a real fun filled activity party. Once we know your choice of sport, the ages and number of children attending, the coaches will tailor the party games to suit your individual party and will bring all of the appropriate equipment.

Xsport coaches, who are all fully CRB checked and insured, are experts in generating enthusiasm and encouraging participation through fun and games. They have lots of experience and are able to adapt on the day to the children that are at the party, making sure everyone feels involved.

The birthday boy or girl is centre of the proceedings and can handout medals to all of their guests before receiving their own trophy for their special birthday skills.

The 1 hour format fits well in a standard 2 hour party, we start once all guests have arrived (usually around 15 minutes in) and finish in time for the birthday tea. However, if you would like longer we can easily fill 1.5 hours.

    For up to 16 children
  • 1 hour £120
  • 1.5 hours £170
    For up to 24 children
  • 1 hour £150
  • 1.5 hours £210
If there are more than 16 children, we need to provide an extra coach so the increase is a fixed charge to cover this cost.

Themed party bags are available from £3 each. I also offer a personalised invitation and thank you card design service including free samples and proof copies. Prices start from £15 for 20 printed invitations or approx. £20 for a hand decorated set.
